Kate Fisher

Former British Champion, World Cup Winner, UK Champion, Europa Champion and British team member. In addition to teaching, I have performed shows, lectured and adjudicated all over the world including Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, America, Canada, East and West Europe. Judging in the European Ballroom Dance Championships was an honour I am very proud of.

Quality dance instruction has developed my overall competence and has enabled many career successes. However the one key factor which has contributed to my dancing has been the fact that I enjoyed myself, dancing was fun, dancing gave me the confidence as a child, and that confidence has stayed with me ever since.

Having danced from a young age dance has always been my life. Not only did I love to perform in shows and compete nationally and international but dance gave me opportunity to meet people from all avenues of life, experience culture and travel and has provided me confidence as an individual.

Quality dance instruction from world renowned coaches has given me a strong technical base in dance and owed to many of my performance success. I am a former All England Latin American Champion, English  Closed Latin Champion, UK Closed Professional Latin Finalist, UK Closed Amateur 10 dance Finalist, UK Closed Amateur Latin Finalist, UK Closed Youth Latin Finalist and British Team Member.

I have also performed for a multitude of Television programmes as well as been a cast member on west end Ballroom and Latin theatre productions.
